A California-licensed physician reviews records and intake answers, then signs when they support TB clearance. A new test may not be needed.

Ceregenesis Medical Corporation, a physician-owned California professional medical corporation, provides the clinical services. VitalCheck Wellness provides administration and technology. It does not direct clinical judgment.
Dr. Alexis Young is the physician identified for the California ClearToStart program. Dr. Pavani Gunda leads the clinical program as Chief Medical Officer. The actual certificate identifies the reviewing and certifying physician.
What is reviewed before signature.
The TB evidence
The physician checks the source, dates and results of prior skin tests, blood tests or a new Quest test, plus the caregiver’s transfer or new-hire status.
The reviewing physician may differ from the practitioner who performed the original examination.
The caregiver’s intake form
The physician reviews symptoms, exposure, prior positive results or treatment, and relevant conditions or medicines. Some answers require further evaluation.
The certificate records the physician’s conclusion. Intake answers stay private.
When more review is needed
Most straightforward cases need no separate video or office visit. The physician may request more records, answers, a call or an in-person evaluation.
We explain the next step. Your physician signs the certificate once clearance is complete.
For a positive test, the physician helps coordinate follow-up; ClearToStart does not provide the chest X-ray. Prior-positive cases follow a review of the documented history rather than routine repeat screening.
Clearance follows clinical review. A booking or payment does not establish clearance.
